Multi-Entity Management (MEM) Integration
Payment Hub now supports Multi-Entity Management by Binary Stream. MEM has been integrated into Action Board, which means you can build payment processes with multi-entity processing in mind and print checks that incorporate entity information.
Check Report Layout Library
Our check report layout library features new check layouts designed to print perfectly every time with Deluxe check stock. These check layouts have been tested rigorously to save you the trouble of creating and verifying your own check layouts.
Vendor Validation during the Payment Process
Vendor Validation now performs automatic validations at the time of payment. You can configure how many days must pass since the last validation before the system automatically re-validates the vendor at the time of payment. If the validation passes, the payment is sent. If the validation fails, the vendor is set to blocked for payments and the payment is withheld.
Positive Pay Action Board Integration
You can now generate Positive Pay files through the Mekorma Action Board. Integrate fraud prevention into your Action Board processing to add further ease to your Accounts Payable tasks.
